 GOVERNMENT INSPECTOR GENERAL

Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/ND-CP dated April 18, 2012 of the Government stipulating functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 83/2012/ND-CP dated October 9, 2012 of the Government stipulating functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of the Government Inspector General;

Considering the proposals of the Department of Organization and Cadres and the Head of Department II,

DECISION:

Article 1. This Decision promulgates the "Regulations on the functions, tasks, powers, organization, and operations of the Internal Affairs and Comprehensive Economic Inspection Department" attached hereto.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance and replaces Decision No. 1591/2008/QD-TTCP dated August 6, 2008, issued by the Chief Inspector promulgating the Regulations on the functions, tasks, powers, organization, and operations of the Internal Affairs and Comprehensive Economic Inspection Department.

Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Heads of the Department of Organization and Cadres, Department II, and the Heads of units under the Government Inspectorate are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
