THE MINISTER OF LABOR - INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/1998/NĐ-CP dated May 23, 1998 of the Government on the establishment of the Vocational Training General Department under the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 494/QĐ-TTg dated June 24, 2002 of the Prime Minister approving the project "Some Measures to Improve the Quality and Effectiveness of Teaching and Learning Marxist-Leninist Theory and Ho Chi Minh Thought in Universities and Colleges; Political Subjects in Secondary Specialized Schools and Vocational Training Institutions";
Pursuant to Circular No. 865/CV-KGTW dated May 21, 2003 of the Central Propaganda and Education Office and Circular No. 3070/TTVH dated May 20, 2003 of the Central Ideology and Culture Office regarding the review of the Political Subject Curriculum;
Pursuant to Circular No. 5802/CTCT dated July 10, 2003 of the Ministry of Education and Training on the issuance of the Political Subject Curriculum for long-term vocational training institutions;
Considering the proposal of the General Director of the Vocational Training General Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Attached hereto is the Political Subject Curriculum for long-term vocational training institutions, including both public and private schools.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The Political Subject Curriculum attached hereto shall be implemented uniformly in long-term vocational training institutions starting from the academic year 2003-2004.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Vocational Training General Department, the Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, the Heads of management agencies of vocational training institutions, the Principals of vocational training schools, the Principals of schools with long-term vocational training classes, and the Heads of related agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
