Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/ND-CP dated April 18, 2012 of the Government stipulating functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 83/2012/ND-CP dated October 9, 2012 of the Government stipulating functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of the Government Inspector General;

Considering the proposals of the Head of the Organization and Cadres Department and the Head of Department III,

DECISION:

Article 1. This Decision promulgates the "Regulations on the functions, tasks, powers, and organization and operation of the Inspection Department for Culture and Social Affairs."

12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThis Decision takes effect from the date of issuance and replaces Decision No. 1590/2008/QD-TTCP dated August 6, 2008, of the General Inspector promulgating the Regulations on the functions, tasks, powers, and organization and operation of the Inspection Department for Culture and Social Affairs.

Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Heads of the Organization and Cadres Department and Department III, and the Heads of units under the Government Inspectorate are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
