Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering Decision No. 235/1999/QD-TTg dated December 23, 1999 of the Government Chairman on the establishment of the Steering Committee for the movement campaign "All People United to Build a Cultural Life";
Upon the proposal of the Minister of Culture and Information.

Article 1. Appoint Mr. Le Doan Hop, Minister of Culture and Information, as the Head of the Steering Committee for the movement campaign "All People United to Build a Cultural Life", replacing Mr. Pham Quang Nghi who has been transferred to a new assignment by the Central Committee.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairmen of provincial and municipal People's Committees directly under the central government, and Mr. Le Doan Hop are responsible for implementing this Decision.
