REGARDING THE ADOPTION OF THE CURRICULUM SUBJECT ON LEGAL STUDIES FOR LONG-TERM VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS
THE MINISTER OF LABOUR - INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 29/2003/ND-CP OF THE GOVERNMENT DATED MARCH 31, 2003, DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR - INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 33/1998/ND-CP OF THE GOVERNMENT DATED MAY 23, 1998, ESTABLISHING THE GENERAL VOCATIONAL TRAINING COLLEGE UNDER THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR - INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS;
Pursuant to the proposal of the General Director of the Vocational Training Administration;
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE CURRICULUM SUBJECT ON LEGAL STUDIES APPLICABLE TO LONG-TERM VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS, INCLUDING BOTH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE, AND THE CURRICULUM SUBJECT ON LEGAL STUDIES ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION SHALL BE IMPLEMENTED UNIFORMLY IN LONG-TERM VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS BEGINNING FROM THE 2003-2004 SCHOOL YEAR.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE GENERAL VOCATIONAL TRAINING COLLEGE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ORGANIZATION AND STAFF, THE HEADS OF MANAGEMENT AUTHORITIES OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING INSTITUTIONS, THE PRINCIPALS OF VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS, THE PRINCIPALS OF SCHOOLS WITH LONG-TERM VOCATIONAL CLASSES, AND THE HEADS OF RELATED AUTHORITIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION.
