THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents dated June 3, 2008;
Pursuant to Decree No. 24/2009/ND-CP dated March 5, 2009 of the Government detailing and providing measures for the implementation of regulatory legal documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2008/NĐ-CP dated April 17, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
At the request of the Director of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Announced herewith with this Decision:
1. The list of regulatory legal documents issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs within its authority that have ceased to be legally effective (Annex I);
2. The list of joint Circulars issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs as the lead drafting agency that have ceased to be legally effective (Annex II).
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. Officials, ministries equivalent to ministries, agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and organizations and units under the Ministry of Home Affairs are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
