DECISION OF THE STATE PRESIDENT

ON RESTORATION OF VIETNAMESE NATIONALITY

PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

On the basis of Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the Tenth National Assembly, tenth session;

WHEREAS, the Law on Vietnamese Nationality 1998;

Considering the proposal of the Government in the Report No. 48/CP-XDPL dated April 20, 2005, 

DECISION:

Article 1. Reinstating Vietnamese citizenship for ten individuals (including both males and females) listed in the attached list.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

The Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice, the Director of the President's Office, and the individuals named in the list referred to in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
