THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Election of People's Council Deputies (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE DAK LAK PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE AND THE MINISTER - HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT,
DECREE:
Article 1. APPROVES THE QUANTITY OF 75 (SEVENTY-FIVE) MEMBERS OF THE DAK LAK PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL, 31 (THIRTY-ONE) ELECTORAL UNITS, AND THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT FOR THE DAK LAK PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL (ATTACHED LIST).
Article 2. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE DAK LAK PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE, THE MINISTER - HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT, AND THE MINISTER - CHIEF OF THE GOVERNMENT OFFICE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE.
