Regarding the establishment of the Management Board for Industrial Zones of Binh Phuoc Province

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to Decree No. 36/CP dated April 24, 1997 of the Government promulgating the Regulations on industrial zones, export processing zones, and high-tech parks;

Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Province at Document No. 10/TT-UB dated March 19, 2003, and the Minister of Home Affairs at Document No. 1117/TTr-BNV dated May 23, 2003,

DECISION:

Article 1. Establish the Management Board for Industrial Zones of Binh Phuoc Province, under the Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Committee, to manage industrial zones within the territory of Binh Phuoc Province.

The Management Board for Industrial Zones of Binh Phuoc Province shall be responsible for performing tasks and exercising powers related to managing industrial zones as stipulated in Article 27 of the Regulation on Industrial Zones, Export Processing Zones, and High-Tech Zones issued together with Decree No. 36/CP dated April 24, 1997 of the Government. The Management Board for Industrial Zones of Binh Phuoc Province shall have legal personality, bank accounts, and seals bearing the national emblem. The staffing and operating funds of the Board shall be included in the state budget allocated to Binh Phuoc Province.

Article 2. The Management Board for Industrial Zones of Binh Phuoc Province shall have a Director appointed by the Prime Minister; several Deputy Directors and some members shall be appointed by the Chairman of the Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Committee.

The Management Board for Industrial Zones of Binh Phuoc Province shall have an organizational structure as prescribed in Article 28 of the Regulation on Industrial Zones, Export Processing Zones, and High-Tech Zones issued together with Decree No. 36/CP dated April 24, 1997 of the Government.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, the Chairman of the Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Committee, and the Director of the Management Board for Industrial Zones of Binh Phuoc Province are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
