Decree No. 114/2025/NĐ-CP amends Clause 12, Article 3 of Decree No. 41/2025/NĐ-CP dated February 26, 2025, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Ethnic Affairs and Religion.

Amending Clause 12 of Article 3 of Decree No. 41/2025/NĐ-CP

dated February 26, 2025 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks,

powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Ethnic Affairs and Religion

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law on February 18, 2025;

Pursuant to Decree No. 41/2025/NĐ-CP dated February 26, 2025 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Ethnic Affairs and Religion;

At the proposal of the Minister of Ethnic Minorities and Religion;

The Government promulgates this Decree amending Clause 12 of Article 3 of Decree No. 41/2025/NĐ-CP dated February 26, 2025 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Ethnic Affairs and Religion.

Article 1. Amends Clause 12 of Article 3 of Decree No. 41/2025/NĐ-CP dated February 26, 2025 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Ethnic Affairs and Religion.

Amends Clause 12 of Article 3 as follows:
"12. VietNamNet newspaper".

Article 2. Effective Date

This Decree takes effect from the date of issuance.

Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation

Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, and Chairpersons of provincial and municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government shall be responsible for implementing this Decree. /./
