OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
PRESIDENT OF THE VIETNAM DEMOCRATIC REPUBLICIC GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 47/SL dated May 1, 1947 organizing the General Staff.
Pursuant to Decree No. 113/SL dated January 25, 1948 merging the Military Training Department into the General Staff.
At the request of the Chief of the National Army of Vietnam, the Minister of Defense agrees.,
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1
Now appoint Mr. HOANG DAO THUY, former Director of the Secondary Military Academy, to the position of Director of the Military Training Department under the General Staff.
Article 2
The Ministers of Defense and the Chief of the National Army shall implement this Decree.
