DECREE-LAW
PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NO. 114/SL DATE JULY 11, 1950
PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 7-SL dated January 20, 1950 organizing the Office of Ministries and subordinate agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 119 dated July 9, 1946 establishing the Ministry of National Education;
Upon the proposal of the Minister of National Education approved by the Council of Ministers;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1: The following are hereby appointed:
- Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Cu, High School Professor, to serve as Deputy Director of the Secondary Education Department;
- Mr. Hoang Quy, Elementary School Teacher, to serve as Deputy Director of the Primary Education Department.
Article 2: The Minister of National Education shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
