Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam dated December 12, 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam dated June 17, 2003;
Pursuant to the Law on Credit Institutions dated December 12, 1997;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and Ministerial-Level Agencies;
At the proposal of the Director of the Accounting and Finance Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Cancel the Bank Code of the Foreign Bank Branch CREDIT LYONNAIS BANK - 603; the State Bank of Vietnam Branch BANK OF AMERICA-606 and the Foreign Bank Branch ING-BANK-608 at Point 5 of Appendix 3 attached to Decision No. 1247/2003/QĐ-NHNN dated October 20, 2003 issued by the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on the Regulations on the System of Bank Codes used in Payment Transactions through the State Bank of Vietnam.
Article 2. Amend and supplement the symbol of Province and Central City Codes in Appendix 1 attached to Decision No. 1247/2003/QĐ-NHNN dated October 20, 2003 issued by the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on the Regulations on the System of Bank Codes used in Payment Transactions through the State Bank of Vietnam as follows:
