THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
On the basis of Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Acts of 03 June 2008;
On the basis of Decree No. 24/2009/ND-CP dated March 5, 2009 of the Government detailing and providing measures for the implementation of the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents;
On the basis of Decree No. 135/2003/ND-CP dated November 14, 2003 of the Government on inspecting and handling legal normative documents;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department,

Article 1. Abolish Decision No. 425/2001/QD-BTS dated May 25, 2001 of the Minister of Fisheries (now the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development) on promulgating the "Provisional Regulations on Announcing Quality Standards for Aquatic Products";
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, Heads of the Department of Legal Affairs, Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
