AT THE REQUEST OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF SOC TRANG PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE BOARD OF THE GOVERNMENT,
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Election of People's Council Deputies (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
At the request of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An Province and the Minister - Head of the Organization and Cadres Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. APPROVES the number of 85 (eighty-five) provincial People's Council representatives, 31 (thirty-one) electoral units, and the number of representatives to be elected from each electoral unit for the People's Council of Nghe An Province (attached list).
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An Province, the Minister - Head of the Organization and Cadres Department of the Government, and the Minister, Director of the Government Office are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
