DECISION
Regarding the approval of supplementary plans for restructuring and modernization state-owned company
under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 155/2004/QĐ-TTg dated August 24, 2004 of the Prime Minister on criteria and classification lists for state-owned enterprises and independent accounting units under state-owned corporations;
Considering the proposal of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the supplementary plan for restructuring and modernizing state-owned enterprises under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for 2005-2006 as set out in the attached Appendix.
Article 2. The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development shall be responsible for:
- Directing implementation in accordance with the content and schedule specified; state-owned enterprises not adjusted in this Decision shall continue to implement Decision No. 65/QĐ-TTg dated April 22, 2003 and Circular No. 4885/VPCP-ĐMDN dated September 14, 2004.
- Taking the lead, coordinating with the Ministry of Finance, the State Bank of Vietnam, and related agencies to resolve financial difficulties for enterprises before restructuring.
Article 3. The Ministries of Finance, Planning and Investment, Home Affairs, Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and related agencies shall coordinate with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to implement Article 2 of this Decision.
The Steering Committee for Enterprise Reform and Development shall be responsible for urging, guiding, and monitoring implementation.
Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, heads of related agencies shall be responsible for enforcing this Decision.
