Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Fees and Stamp Duties dated August 28, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Finance,

Article 1. Amend and supplement Point 2, Item IV Part B Detailed List of Fees and Charges issued together with Decree No. 24/2006/NĐ-CP dated March 6, 2006 of the Government as follows:

Article 2. Effectiveness
This Decree takes effect from March 1, 2012.
Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation
1. The Ministry of Finance shall provide guidance on the implementation of this Decree.
2. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees directly under the central government shall be responsible for enforcing this Decree./.
