Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in Document No. 149/BGD&ĐT-ĐH&SĐH dated January 9, 2006, regarding the assignment of the task of training master's degree students to the People's Police University,
DECISION:
Article 1. Assign the task of training master's degree students to the People's Police University.
Article 2. The Ministry of Education and Training shall examine and specify the specific majors for training at the People's Police University.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and municipal People's Committees under the central government, and the Rector of the People's Police University are responsible for implementing this Decision.
