REGARDING THE AMENDMENT OF THE NAME OF THE NATIONAL COMMITTEE FOR HIV/AIDS CONTROL OF VIETNAM TO THE NATIONAL COMMITTEE FOR AIDS CONTROL OF VIETNAM
THE NATIONAL COMMITTEE FOR AIDS CONTROL OF VIETNAM

 

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the Government dated September 30, 1992;

Based on the Law on Health Care for the People dated July 11, 1989;

Pursuant to Decision No. 358-CP dated October 6, 1990 of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers (now the Prime Minister) on the establishment of the National Committee for HIV/AIDS Control of Vietnam;

At the proposal of the Minister of Health and the Chairman of the National Committee for HIV/AIDS Control of Vietnam,

DECISION:

Article 1. The National Committee for HIV/AIDS Control of Vietnam shall now be renamed as the National Committee for AIDS Control of Vietnam.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. Any provisions contrary to this Decision are hereby abolished.

Article 3. The Minister of Health, the Chairman of the National Committee for AIDS Control of Vietnam, the Ministers of various Ministries, the Heads of agencies at ministerial level, agencies under the Government, and the Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
