Decision No. 1151/2002/QD-NHNN On supplementing new bank codes for newly established banks into the Bank Code System issued pursuant to Decision No. 59/2000/QD-NHNN2 dated February 22, 2000 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam.

DECISION OF THE STATE BANK VIETNAM

Regarding the addition of new bank codes for newly established banks to

the System of Bank Codes, Credit Organizations and State Treasuries issued pursuant to Decision No. 59/2000/QD-NHNN2 dated February 22, 2000 of the Governor of the State Bank.

Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank No. 01/1997/QH10 dated December 12, 1997 and the Law on Credit Organizations No. 02/1997/QH10 dated December 12, 1997; 

GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM

To supplement at the end of Point d Clause 3 Article 5 "Provisions on the System of Bank Codes, Credit Organizations and State Treasuries having accounts with the State Bank for direct payment transactions issued together with Decision No. 59/2000/QD-NHNN2 dated February 22, 2000 of the Governor of the State Bank" as follows: Commercial Bank Chinatrust - Ho Chi Minh City Branch

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/ dated October 20, 2015 of Pursuant to the Government's Decision No. 72/1994/NQ-CP dated October 28, 1994 on tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance,

DECISION:

Article 1. The Head of the Office, Heads of Accounting and Finance Department, Information Technology Department of the State Bank, Heads of relevant units under the State Bank, Governors of State Bank branches in provinces and centrally governed cities; General Directors (Directors) of Credit Organizations and State Treasuries are responsible for implementing this Decision./.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after the date of signature.

Article 3. Chief of the Office, Head of the Accounting and Finance Department, Director of the Banking Information Technology Department, Heads of relevant units under the State Bank of Vietnam, Governors of provincial and centrally governed city branches of the State Bank of Vietnam; General Directors (Directors) of Credit Organizations and the National Treasury are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
