THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 199/2013/ND-CP dated November 16, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decision No. 594/QD-TTg dated April 15, 2013 of the Prime Minister approving the National Forest Inventory and Census Project for the period 2013-2016;
Pursuant to Decision No. 3183/QD-BNN-TCLN dated December 21, 2012 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating guidelines for the National Forest Inventory and Census Project for the period 2013-2015;
Considering the proposal of the General Director of the Forest Protection Department,
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6Attached hereto are the Regulations on acceptance of project outcomes for the "National Forest Inventory and Census Project for the period 2013-2016".
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThis Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Forestry General Department, and the Heads of relevant agencies and units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
