REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF BICH DONG TOWN UNDER VIET YEN DISTRICT AND VOI TOWN
UNDER LANG GIANG DISTRICT, BAC GIANG PROVINCE
THE GOVERNMENT
BASED ON THE LAW ON GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION ON DECEMBER 30, 1992;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF BAC GIANG PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER - HEAD OF THE CIVIL SERVICE ORGANIZATION BOARD OF THE GOVERNMENT,
DECREE:
Article 1. NOW, THE BICH DONG TOWN - DISTRICT CAPITAL OF VIET YEN DISTRICT AND VOI TOWN - DISTRICT CAPITAL OF LANG GIANG DISTRICT ARE ESTABLISHED AS FOLLOWS:
1. THE BICH DONG TOWN - DISTRICT CAPITAL OF VIET YEN DISTRICT IS ESTABLISHED ON THE BASIS OF 526.95 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 6243 POPULATION OF BICH SON COMMUNE.
THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARY OF BICH DONG TOWN: EAST ADJACENT TO HONG THAI AND NGHIA TRUNG COMMUNES; WEST AND SOUTH ADJACENT TO BICH SON COMMUNE; NORTH ADJACENT TO MINH DUC COMMUNE.
AFTER THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARY, BICH SON COMMUNE HAS 697.05 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 5823 POPULATION.
2. THE VOI TOWN - DISTRICT CAPITAL OF LANG GIANG DISTRICT IS ESTABLISHED ON THE BASIS OF 335.87 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 4560 POPULATION OF YEN MY COMMUNE.
THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARY OF VOI TOWN: EAST AND NORTH ADJACENT TO YEN MY COMMUNE; WEST ADJACENT TO TAN THANH AND YEN MY COMMUNES; SOUTH ADJACENT TO PHI MO COMMUNE.
AFTER THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARY, YEN MY COMMUNE HAS 699.76 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 5650 POPULATION.
Article 2. THIS DECREE SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS DATE OF ISSUANCE. ALL PRIOR PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO THIS DECREE SHALL BE ABROGATED.
Article 3. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF BAC GIANG PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER - HEAD OF THE CIVIL SERVICE ORGANIZATION BOARD OF THE GOVERNMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE./.
