THE GOVERNMENT
On the basis of Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Election of Members of People's Councils (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
At the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City and the Minister - Head of the Organization and Cadre Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Approve the number of eighty-five (85) members of the People's Council of the province, thirty-two (32) electoral units, and the number of representatives elected in each electoral unit for the Hanoi People's Council (attached list).
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City, the Minister - Head of the Organization and Cadre Department of the Government, and the Minister, Head of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
