BASED ON THE STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS LAW NO. 68/2006/QH11 PASSED BY THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY AT ITS 11TH SESSION ON JUNE 29, 2006, AND ENTERING INTO FORCE ON JANUARY 1, 2007;
BASED ON THE QUALITY OF PRODUCTS AND COMMODITIES LAW NO. 05/2007/QH12 PASSED BY THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY AT ITS 12TH SESSION ON NOVEMBER 21, 2007, AND ENTERING INTO FORCE ON JULY 1, 2008;
BASED ON THE FOOD SAFETY AND SANITATION ORDINANCE; DECREE NO. 163/2004/NĐ-CP DATED SEPTEMBER 7, 2004 PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN ARTICLES OF THE FOOD SAFETY AND SANITATION ORDINANCE;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP DATED JANUARY 3, 2008 OF THE GOVERNMENT DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
At the proposal of the Director of the Directorate of Quality Assurance for Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Products,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE EVALUATION AND DESIGNATION OF QUALITY TESTING LABORATORIES FOR AGRICULTURAL, FORESTRY, AND FISHERY PRODUCTS.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FIFTEEN (15) DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT BUREAU FOR AGRICULTURAL AND FORESTRY PRODUCTS AND FISHERY PRODUCTS, DIRECTORS OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT AND ENVIRONMENT, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENTS, HEADS OF UNITS, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS DECISION SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION./.
