GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree No. 50-SL dated June 18, 1949 organizing the Ministry of National Defense,
Pursuant to Decrees Nos. 30-SL dated March 22, 1946 and 71-SL dated May 22, 1946 establishing and stabilizing the rules for the national army of Vietnam,
Pursuant to Decree No. 187-SL dated April 25, 1948 appointing Mr. Lê Liêm as Director of the Civil Defense Bureau,
Pursuant to Decree No. 18-SL dated February 12, 1947 appointing Mr. Văn Tiến Dũng as Director of the Political Bureau,
In accordance with the resolution of the Minister of National Defense and Chief Commander of the national army of Vietnam,
Pursuant to the resolution of the Council of Ministers,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1- Appoints Mr. Lê Liêm, Director of the Civil Defense Bureau concurrently as Director of the Political Bureau in place of Lieutenant General Văn Tiến Dũng who has been reassigned to another position.
Article 2- The Minister of National Defense and Chief Commander of the national army of Vietnam shall implement this Decree accordingly./.
