DECREE-LAW
NO. 116/SL OF SEPTEMBER 9, 1952
ISSUED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 254-SL dated November 19, 1948 organizing local people's administration during the resistance period;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 150-SL dated December 31, 1949 defining the duties and powers of the Ministry of Interior;
At the proposal of the Minister of Interior approved by the Council of Ministers;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1- Mr. Huynh Lam is hereby appointed as a member of the South Central Committee for Civil Affairs to replace Mr. Pham Phu Tiet who has resigned.
Article 2- The Minister of Interior shall implement this Decree-Law.
