DECISION

Regarding the issuance of Regulations on Teachers' Skills Competition

THE MINISTER OF LABOR-INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor-Invalids and Social Affairs;

Upon the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration,

DECISION

Article 1. To issue with this Decision the Regulations on Teachers' Skills Competition.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration, Directors of Provincial Departments of Labor-Invalids and Social Affairs under central cities and provinces, Principals of vocational schools, secondary specialized schools, colleges with functions and tasks in vocational training, Directors of vocational training centers, Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
