THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS

Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2008/ND-CP dated April 17, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 117/2003/ND-CP dated October 10, 2003 of the Government on recruitment, utilization, and management of cadres and civil servants in state agencies and Decree No. 09/2007/ND-CP dated January 15, 2007 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 117/2003/ND-CP;
Pursuant to the Examination Regulations for recruitment and promotion examinations for cadres and civil servants issued together with Decision No. 10/2006/QD-BNV dated October 5, 2006 and the Examination Rules for recruitment and promotion examinations for cadres and civil servants issued together with Decision No. 12/2006/QD-BNV dated October 5, 2006 of the Minister of Home Affairs;
Based on the proposal of the General Inspectorate at Official Document No. 1497/TTCP-TCCB dated July 3, 2009 regarding the establishment of the Examination Board for promotion from the rank of Senior Inspector to the rank of Senior Inspector (High Level) in 2009;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Civil Servant - Officer Department;

DECISION:

Article 1. The Examination Board for promotion from the rank of Senior Inspector to the rank of Senior Inspector (High Level) in 2009 of the General Inspectorate is hereby established and the following individuals are appointed to the Examination Board:

1. Mr. Tran Duc Luong, Senior Inspector (High Level), Deputy General Inspector, Chairman of the Board;

2. Mr. Ngo Van Cao, Senior Inspector, Director of the Cadre Organization Department, General Inspectorate, Vice-Chairman of the Board.

3. Mr. Pham Van Khanh, Senior Inspector (High Level), Director of Department I, General Inspectorate, Member;

4. Ms. Hoang Thi Thao, Senior Inspector (High Level), Director of Department III, General Inspectorate, Member;

5. Mr. Nguyen Kim Chau, Senior Inspector (High Level), Deputy Director of Department I, General Inspectorate, Member;

6. Mr. Doan Huu Tuyen, Senior Inspector (High Level), Deputy Director of the Cadre Organization Department, General Inspectorate, Member;

7. Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Boi, Senior Inspector, Cadre Organization Department, General Inspectorate, Member and Secretary of the Board.

Article 2. The Examination Board for promotion from the rank of Senior Inspector to the rank of Senior Inspector (High Level) in 2009 shall perform its duties as prescribed in Decision No. 10/2006/QD-BNV dated October 5, 2006 of the Minister of Home Affairs on the issuance of the Examination Regulations for recruitment and promotion examinations for cadres and civil servants and organize the promotion examination to the rank of Senior Inspector (High Level) in accordance with current regulations.

Article 3. The Examination Board for promotion from the rank of Senior Inspector to the rank of Senior Inspector (High Level) in 2009 is authorized to use the seal of the General Inspectorate during the examination organization process and will automatically dissolve itself upon completion of its tasks.

Article 4. The General Inspectorate, the Director of the Civil Servant - Officer Department, the Ministry of Home Affairs, and the individuals named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this decision./.
