DECISION OF THE STATE PRESIDENT

Regarding the withdrawal of Vietnamese citizenship

PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

On the basis of Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the Tenth National Assembly, tenth session;

WHEREAS, the Law on Vietnamese Nationality 1998;

Considering the proposal of the Government at the Report No. 119/CP-XDPL dated September 22, 2005,

DECISION:

Article 1. To revoke Vietnamese citizenship for 2003 citizens currently residing in China (Taiwan) whose names are listed in the attached list.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

The Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice, the Director of the Office of the President, and the citizens named in the List under Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
