Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh Province at Document No. 2099/UBND-NL dated August 27, 2007,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Ministry of Finance is tasked with releasing (without charge) 3,000 tons of rice from the National Reserve to support Ha Tinh Province in implementing famine relief for those affected by floods.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh Province shall be responsible for managing, using, and allocating the provided rice to the correct recipients and for the intended purpose.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Ministers of Finance, Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Planning and Investment, Agriculture and Rural Development, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh Province are responsible for enforcing this Decision.
