AT THE REQUEST OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF SOC TRANG PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE BOARD OF THE GOVERNMENT,

Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Election of People's Council Deputies (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
At the request of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tay province and the Minister - Head of the Organization and Cadres Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Approves the number of seventy-five (75) provincial People's Council members, twenty-nine (29) electoral units, and the number of representatives elected in each electoral unit for provincial People's Council members of Ha Tay province (attached list).
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tay province, the Minister - Head of the Organization and Cadres Department of the Government, and the Minister, Director of the Government Office are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
