THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Article 14 of Chapter III of the Plant Protection and Quarantine Law promulgated on February 15, 1993, and Article 16 of Chapter III of the Plant Quarantine Regulations issued together with Decree No. 92/CP dated December 27, 1993;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Plant Protection Department and the Head of the Science, Technology, and Product Quality Department.

Article 1. The list of plant quarantine objects of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is hereby issued.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature. This Decision replaces Decision No. 75/1998/QĐ/BNN-BVTV dated May 21, 1998 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Plant Protection Department, the Head of the Science, Technology, and Product Quality Department, the Heads of units, and related individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
