REGARDING THE ADOPTION OF A NATIONAL STANDARD
THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
On the basis of the standardization work charter issued together with Decree No. 141-HĐBT dated August 24, 1982 of the Council of Ministers;
Pursuant to Decree No. 1940-KG dated October 19, 1989 of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers on the approval and issuance of Vietnamese standards for basic construction;
Considering the proposal of the Scientific and Technical Council of the Ministry of Construction, and the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Construction in Circular No. 28-BXD/KHKT dated April 16, 1990,
DECISION:
Article 1. Now hereby adopts the attached Decision one Vietnamese standard.
TCVN 5065 - 90. Hotels - Design Standards to replace 20 TCN-54-72.
Article 2. The above standard is adopted for official implementation and shall take effect from July 1, 1990, and must be strictly observed in all relevant sectors and localities.
