OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
PRESIDENT OF THE VIETNAM DEMOCRATIC REPUBLICIC GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 33 dated March 22, 1946 and Decree No. 71 dated May 22, 1946 organizing and establishing the rules for the National Army;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34 dated March 25, 1946 and Decree No. 35/SL dated March 19, 1947 organizing the Ministry of National Defense;
Pursuant to Decree No. 116/SL dated January 25, 1948 establishing the system of military ranks for personnel of the Ministry of National Defense;
At the proposal of the Minister of National Defense and the General Commander of the National Army;
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1
Mr. Tran Dai Nghia, Director of the Military Supplies Department, now receives:
The rank of Lieutenant General
Article 2
The Minister of National Defense and the General Commander of the National Army issue this decree pursuant to the relevant decrees.
