THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decision No. 30/QD-TTg dated January 10, 2007 of the Prime Minister approving the Project on Simplifying Administrative Procedures in various fields of state administration for the period 2007-2010;
Pursuant to Decision No. 07/QD-TTg dated January 4, 2008 of the Prime Minister approving the Implementation Plan for the Project on Simplifying Administrative Procedures in various fields of state administration for the period 2007-2010;
Pursuant to the guidance of the Prime Minister regarding the publication of the national database on administrative procedures and the organization of reviewing administrative procedures at ministries, sectors, and localities as stated in Official Letter No. 1071/TTg-TCCV dated June 30, 2009;
Considering the proposal of the Head of the Task Force implementing Project 30 of the Ministry of Education and Training,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approve the plan to simplify administrative procedures within the scope of the management functions of the Ministry of Education and Training (annexed).
Article 2. Direct relevant departments, bureaus, and units to draft implementing documents for the simplified administrative procedure plans immediately after they are approved by the Government.
Article 3. Entrust the Task Force implementing Project 30 of the Ministry of Education and Training to inspect and urge relevant departments, bureaus, and units to implement this Decision.
Article 4. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 5. The Director of the Office of the Ministry, Department Heads, Bureau Chiefs, and Heads of related units are responsible for enforcing this Decision.
