THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2008/NĐ-CP dated February 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Pursuant to Decree No. 112/2009/ND-CP dated April 14, 2009 of the Government on the management of construction project investment costs;
Pursuant to Circular No. 04/2010/TT-BXD dated May 26, 2010 of the Ministry of Construction guiding the preparation and management of construction project investment costs;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Construction Economics and the Director of the Institute of Construction Economics,
DECISION:
Article 1. The construction project budget norms for certain construction tasks attached hereto are hereby published for relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals to refer to and use in preparing and managing construction project investment costs.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
