PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
To promote the role and tradition of State Audit, to encourage officials and civil servants engaged in audit work in building a strong State Audit organization;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE CHIEF STATE AUDITOR,
DECISION:
Article 1. Annually, July 11 shall be designated as the "Traditional Day of State Audit."
Article 2. The organization of the annual Traditional Day of State Audit must ensure practicality, effectiveness, economy, and avoid formalism to fulfill the following content and requirements:
- Educating the tradition of State Audit, encouraging labor competition movements, enhancing discipline and revolutionary ethics among officials and civil servants within the agency;
- Commending and rewarding collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in building the State Audit agency, setting examples in implementing Party policies and state laws.
Article 3. The Chief State Auditor, based on current regulations, shall guide the implementation of this Decision in accordance with the content and requirements set forth in Article 2.
Article 4. The Chief State Auditor, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, and Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
