DECISION

Regarding the recognition of results from the civil service recruitment examination for the General Department of Taxation in 2010

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 24/2010/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2010 of the Government on recruitment, use, and management of civil servants in state agencies;
Pursuant to Decision No. 2572/QD-BTC dated October 8, 2010 of the Minister of Finance approving the examination plan for recruiting civil servants at the General Department of Taxation in 2010;
Upon the proposal of the Chairman of the Civil Service Recruitment Examination Committee for the General Department of Taxation in 2010, the Director-General of the General Department of Taxation, and the Head of the Personnel Department,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To recognize the results of the civil service recruitment examination for the General Department of Taxation in 2010 for 17,267 candidates as listed on the attached candidate registration form to participate in examinations at local tax bureaus.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. The Head of the Personnel Department, the Director-General of the General Department of Taxation, the Chairman of the Civil Service Recruitment Examination Committee for the General Department of Taxation in 2010, the Director of the Ministry of Finance’s Office, and individuals named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision.
