AT THE REQUEST OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF SOC TRANG PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE BOARD OF THE GOVERNMENT,

Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Election of People's Council Deputies (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
At the request of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Tho Province and the Minister - Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Clause 4 of Article 6Approves the number of seventy-five (75) provincial People's Council representatives, thirty (30) electoral units, and the number of representatives elected at each electoral unit for the Phu Tho Provincial People's Council (attached list).
