directly under the Central Government in the System of Bank Codes, Credit Organizations, and State Treasury Accounts issued pursuant to Decision No. 59/2000/QĐ-NHNN2
dated February 22, 2000 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam.
Pursuant to Resolution No. 22/2003/QH11 dated November 26, 2003 of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Session XI on the division and adjustment of administrative boundaries of some provinces;

GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam No. 01/1997/QH10 dated December 12, 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam No. 10/2003/QH11 dated June 17, 2003;

Cancel the serial number symbol of ING BANK-608 and the serial number symbol of BANK OF AMERICA-606 at Point d Clause 3 Article 5 regarding the System of Bank Codes, Credit Organizations, and State Treasury Accounts having accounts with the State Bank for direct payment transactions issued together with Decision No. 59/2000/QĐ-NHNN2 dated February 22, 2000 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam.

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/ND-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

At the proposal of the Director of the Accounting and Finance Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Amend and supplement Clause 1 Article 5 regarding the System of Bank Codes, Credit Organizations, and State Treasury Accounts having accounts with the State Bank for direct payment transactions issued together with Decision No. 59/2000/QĐ-NHNN2 dated February 22, 2000 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam as follows:

Article 2. The Head of the Office, Heads of Accounting and Finance Department, Director of the Banking Information Technology Department, Heads of units under the State Bank of Vietnam, Governors of provincial branches of the State Bank directly under the Central Government; General Directors (Directors) of Credit Organizations and State Treasury Accounts are responsible for implementing this Decision.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Accounting and Finance Department, the Director of the Banking Information Technology Department, the Heads of units under the State Bank of Vietnam, the Governors of the State Bank of Vietnam branches in provinces and centrally governed cities; the General Directors (Directors) of Credit Organizations and the National Treasury are responsible for implementing this Decision.
