DECREE
Regarding the Charter on Organization and Operation of the Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Enterprise Law dated November 29, 2005;
Based on Decree No. 99/2012/NĐ-CP dated November 15, 2012 of the Government on the delegation and decentralization of rights, responsibilities, and obligations of the State owner towards state-owned enterprises and state capital invested in enterprises;
At the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Trade;
The Government issues this Decree on the Charter on Organization and Operation of the Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group,
Article 1. Attached to this Decree is the Charter on Organization and Operation of the Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group.
Article 2. This Decree takes effect from December 1, 2013.
Abolish the Charter on Organization and Operation of the Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group issued together with Decision No. 340/QĐ-TTg dated March 7, 2011 of the Prime Minister and other previous regulations that conflict with this Decree.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under central cities, Chairmen of the Board of Directors, General Directors of the Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
