Pursuant to Decrees No. 57/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 3, 2002 and No. 24/2006/NĐ-CP dated March 6, 2006 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Decree on Fees and Charges;
Pursuant to Decree No. 215/2013/NĐ-CP dated December 23, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Implementing Resolution No. 35/NQ-CP dated May 16, 2016 of the Government on supporting and developing enterprises until 2020;

The Minister of Finance promulgates this Circular amending Circular No. 45/2016/TT-BTC dated April 3, 2016 stipulating the rates and regulations for collecting, remitting, managing, and using road usage fees at toll station Km1064+730 on National Highway 1 in Quang Ngai Province and Circular No. 137/2015/TT-BTC dated September 1, 2015 stipulating the rates and regulations for collecting, remitting, managing, and using road usage fees at the toll station north of Hai Van Tunnel on National Highway 1 in Thua Thien Hue Province as follows:
Article 1. Amendment The table of road usage fee rates for the toll station at Km1064+730 on National Highway 1 in Quang Ngai Province issued together with Circular No. 45/2016/TT-BTC dated April 3, 2016 and the table of road usage fee rates for the toll station north of Hai Van Tunnel on National Highway 1 in Thua Thien Hue Province issued together with Circular No. 137/2015/TT-BTC dated September 1, 2015 (Annex attached).
Article 2. Implementation
1. This Circular takes effect from July 15, 2016.
2. In the course of implementation, if any difficulties arise, please promptly report to the Ministry of Finance for further study and supplementary guidance./.
