Decree No. 118 appoints Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tiep to the position of Deputy Director of the Forest-Water Office.

PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the resolution of the Government Council dated November 14, 1945, establishing the Ministry of Agriculture;

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 69-SL dated December 4, 1945, merging the Forestry Department into the Ministry of Agriculture;

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 69-SL dated May 14, 1950, changing the name of the Forestry Office to the Water-Forestry Office;

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 7-SL dated January 20, 1950, organizing the offices of ministries and subordinate agencies, also stipulating the appointment of positions in charge of ministry offices, bureaus, departments, and institutes;

Based on the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture, approved by the Government Council.

ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:

Article 1: Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tiep, Water-Forestry Inspector Grade 4, is appointed as Deputy Director of the Water-Forestry Office.

Article 2: The Minister of Agriculture shall implement this Decree-Law.
