THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Head of the Science, Technology, and Environment Department.
The Supplemental List of Veterinary Drugs, Vaccines, Biological Preparations, Microorganisms, and Chemicals Used in Veterinary Medicine Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam, Phase II, 2008, is hereby issued together with this Decision.
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the Government.
Article 2. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Head of the Science, Technology, and Environment Department, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals both within and outside the country involved in the production, business, and use of veterinary drugs in Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Animal Health Department, the Director of the Science, Technology and Environment Department, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals, both domestic and foreign, involved in the production, business, and use of veterinary drugs in Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
