GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree No. 50-SL dated June 18, 1949 organizing the Ministry of National Defense,
Pursuant to Decrees Nos. 33-SL dated March 22, 1946 and 71 dated May 22, 1946 organizing and establishing rules for the national army of Vietnam,
Pursuant to Decree No. 20-SL dated March 21, 1946 appointing Mr. Phạm Ngọc Thuần as Political Commissioner of the Southern Command,
Pursuant to the proposal of the South Viet Nam Resistance and Administration Committee in telegraphic message No. 36-SL dated September 9, 1949,
At the request of the Minister of National Defense concurrently serving as Chief Commander of the National Army of Vietnam,
In accordance with a resolution of the Council of Ministers,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1- Mr. Dương Quốc Chính is hereby appointed to replace Mr. Phạm Ngọc Thuần, who has been assigned other duties, as Political Commissioner of the Southern Command.
Article 2- The Minister of National Defense concurrently serving as Chief Commander of the National Army of Vietnam shall implement this Decree accordingly./.
