Based on the Law on the Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2004/ND-CP dated April 1, 2004 of the Government stipulating the number of Deputy Chairpersons and the structure of members of People's Committees at all levels, which has been amended and supplemented by Decree No. 27/2009/ND-CP dated March 19, 2009 and Decree No. 36/2011/ND-CP dated May 23, 2011 of the Government;
Considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Binh Duong Province at Circular No. 3299/TTr-UBND dated July 24, 2012 and the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs at Circular No. 3027/TTr-BNV dated August 23, 2012,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approving the election of Mr. Nguyen Huu Tin as a member of the People's Committee of Binh Duong Province for the term 2011-2016, who is also the Commander of the Military Command of Binh Duong Province.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
The Minister of Home Affairs, the Chairman of the People's Council, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Duong Province, and Mr. Nguyen Huu Tin are responsible for implementing this Decision.
