DECREE OF THE GOVERNMENT
DECREE NO. 12/1998/NĐ-CP OF THE GOVERNMENT DATED FEBRUARY 9, 1998 ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF SONG CAU COMMUNE UNDER KHANH VINH DISTRICT, KHANH HOA PROVINCE
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF KHANH HOA PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT,
DECREE:
Article 1. NOW, THE SONG CAU COMMUNE IS ESTABLISHED UNDER KHANH VINH DISTRICT, KHANH HOA PROVINCE ON THE BASIS OF 2,513 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 1,214 POPULATION FROM KHANH PHU COMMUNE.
THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF SONG CAU COMMUNE ARE AS FOLLOWS: EAST ADJACENT TO DIEN KHANH DISTRICT; WEST ADJACENT TO KHANH THANH COMMUNE; SOUTH ADJACENT TO KHANH PHU COMMUNE; NORTH ADJACENT TO KHANH NAM COMMUNE.
AFTER THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES, KHANH PHU COMMUNE HAS 15,702 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 1,261 POPULATION.
Article 2. This Decree takes effect fifteen days after its issuance. All previous regulations contrary to this Decree are abolished.
Article 3. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF KHANH HOA PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECREE.
