Regarding the merger of Tế Tiêu Town and Đại Nghĩa Commune to establish Đại Nghĩa Town under Mỹ Đức District, Ha Tay Province

THE GOVERNMENT
||| Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001;
Upon the proposal of the Minister of Interior and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tay Province,
DECREE:
Article 1. Establish Đại Nghĩa Town under Mỹ Đức District based on the merger of the entire natural area and population of Tế Tiêu Town and Đại Nghĩa Commune.
Đại Nghĩa Town has 496.62 hectares of natural area and 6,913 inhabitants.
Administrative boundaries of Đại Nghĩa Town: East borders with Yeng Hoa District; West borders with An Tien and Hop Thanh Communes; South borders with Dai Hung Commune; North borders with Phu Luu Te Commune.
Article 2. This Decree shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. All previous regulations contrary to this Decree are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tay province, the Minister of Home Affairs, and the heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
