Regarding the Announcement of the List of Invalidated Legal Normative Documents
MINISTER OF AQUATIC RESOURCES
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Acts of Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Acts of Legal Normative Documents in 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 2, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Fisheries;
Pursuant to Decision No. 770/QÐ-BTS dated October 3, 2002 regarding the establishment of the Review and Systematization Board of Legal Normative Documents of the Fisheries Sector;
At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department - Head of the Review and Systematization Board of Legal Normative Documents of the Fisheries Sector,
DECISION:
Article 1. Announces the List of Legal Normative Documents issued by the Ministry of Fisheries that have become invalid, comprising 23 documents (List attached).
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Heads of Departments, Inspectorate, Organizations under the Ministry, and Directors of Provincial Fisheries Services and Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development (with fisheries management responsibilities) shall be responsible for implementing this decision./.
