Regarding the assignment of tasks for Master's and Doctoral training
to Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in Circular No. 12325/DH&SDH dated December 29, 2003,

Article 1. Assigning the task of Master's and Doctoral training to Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking; the Ministry of Education and Training shall consider and specify the specific fields of training.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and municipal People's Committees under the central government, and the Rector of Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking are responsible for implementing this Decision.
